The period from October until February 2010 will see the launch of the Ecopatente (eco-licence) project, aimed at building awareness among young people about an environmentally friendly driving style.
The project, which is being promoted by Confedertaai and Legambiente, with the approval of the Environment, Youth, Transport and Welfare ministries, and the support of Eni, Fiat, Bosch and Magneti Marelli, will involve 700 driving schools and around 200,000 young people.
Eni, as a partner in the project, will give additional bonuses to holders of an Ecopatente who sign up for the you&eni loyalty programme and points earned by ecopatente holders will not expire at the end of the you&eni programme.
